Eric Baron Wolff

Principal

Eric Wolff, a principal of Baron & James Liquid Assets, has industry experience that began at the most basic level in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Wolff started as a busboy and dishwasher at the age of 13. He worked his way up as a waiter and eventually became a head waiter and head bartender of Café Normandie, a five star French cuisine restaurant. He then moved into the challenging, high-paced environment of a restaurant nightclub with an international clientele in St. Thomas USVI. Eric relocated to Florida to work and manage another location. He eventually opened his own operation: The Speakeasy. With the success of the Speakeasy, Eric went on to open another successful business and was an instrumental part of a team that assited with the opening of another operation.

In addition to the years of hands on experience, Mr. Wolff took the initiative to enhance his knowledge and expertise in the food and beverage industry by becoming certified through the American Hotel & Lodging Institute with certifications in:

  • Supervision in the Hospitality Industry
  • Food & Beverage Management
  • Bar & Beverage Management
  • Food & Beverage Service
  • Planning & Control for Food & Beverage Operations
  • Managing with the HACCP System

Eric finalized with a Certificate of Specialization with the Study in Food & Beverage Management with Honors.
